How to instruct
Four straightforward steps
Enquiry
Send a brief, non-identifying outline of the matter by email. Please do not include claimant details or medical records at this stage.
Confirmation
Dr Thomas confirms suitability, timescale and the basis for fees before any work begins.
Papers
Records and papers are provided securely once instruction is confirmed.
Report
A report compliant with CPR Part 35 is prepared, typically within four weeks of complete papers.
Fees
Agreed in advance, on request
Fees and terms of instruction are available on request. Fees are agreed in advance of any work, on a basis appropriate to the matter (screening opinion, full report, or conference).
