Who is responsible

What we collect
Name, firm, email address, matter type and the outline you provide. You are asked not to submit claimant details or medical records through the form.
Why we use it
Used only to respond to your enquiry and consider a possible instruction. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an instruction are deleted within 12 months; where an instruction proceeds, records are retained per normal professional and case-file retention.
Who it is shared with
Not sold or shared for marketing; processed by the email and hosting providers used to run the site (Microsoft 365 for email; Cloudflare for hosting; MailChannels for form delivery), acting on our behalf.
